The Nauru Airlines Boeing 737-319 completed its 10,985-mile trip when it landed at Norwich Airport at 5.46pm on Monday.
The aircraft left Brisbane at 9.27am on Friday and stopped in Darwin, Jakarta, Colombo, Muscat and Larnaca before arriving at its final destination.
Nauru Airlines has sent aircraft to Norwich to receive maintenance from KLM UK Engineering on several occasions.
It is expected to remain in Norwich for around two months before returning to its base on the other side of the world.
