The National Weather Service said tropical cyclone development is still uncertain and a dry pattern remains in place across the Marianas Friday afternoon and will continue through the weekend and into early next week.

NWS Guam Weather Forecast Office issued a supplemental weather outlook Friday on Invest 91W and other possible regional development.
