Tropical Cyclone 12 is tracking eastward in the eastern Coral Sea, east of Vanuatu, the afternoon Feb. 10, following landfall over Emae Island earlier in the day. As of 14:00 VUT, the storm’s center of circulation was approximately 67 km (41 miles) north of Port Vila, Vanuatu.
