DUBAI — (ARAB NEWSWIRE) — Bradford International Alliance (BIA) hosted an Elite Professional Leadership Skill Share session at Dubai Knowledge Park, bringing together over 100 professionals for an in person discussion on “Generative AI and Business Model Innovation: How Firms Are Redesigning Value Propositions in the AI Era”.

The session saw strong participation, with over 150 professionals in attendance from diverse industries across the UAE.

While Generative AI is often discussed as a productivity tool, the session focused on a broader shift, how organisations are using AI to rethink what they offer customers, how they deliver it, and how they protect trust while scaling innovation.

The four hour interactive session was led by Mr Fawaz, a Business Service Manager with experience across business strategy, digital transformation, and operational optimisation. Discussions covered how firms are moving from experimentation to practical adoption, including where AI can create new value for customers, where it can streamline internal operations, and where governance needs to be strengthened to maintain reliability and accountability.

Participants engaged in real world reflections and peer exchange, connecting emerging AI concepts with practical business applications and decision making. The session also opened space for professionals to challenge assumptions, compare implementation approaches across industries, and explore how leaders can build teams that are ready for AI led change.

Certificates of participation were awarded to attendees, recognising their commitment to continuous professional development and applied learning.

Held at Dubai Knowledge Park, the session reflected growing interest among UAE based professionals and learners in understanding AI driven transformation beyond theory, particularly as businesses assess how to innovate responsibly and competitively in a fast moving market.
